selling, or want to advance your sales skills within the travel
industry, training plays a very important part of our partnership.
Agents can request training from Holiday Direct on any area after
their initial 3 days travel agent training at no extra cost. Agents
can also send their staff to attend training, at no cost, to help
them to run their business.
Sales training is developed by our own managing
director Cary Lam and is unique in the industry. Our members and
their sales staff can benefit from Cary's personal insight to
the world of sales that he has gained during a career and as sales
director of one of the UK's leading companies.
Travel agent training courses take place at our training centre
in Southampton and provide new members of Holiday Direct an insight
into how the business works.
The initial course will be for three days, held by our experienced
course trainer. During the travel agent training, members will
be allowed full access the live booking systems. After this training
our members are granted their own access and can start their journey
to become a travel agent.
