Our administrative responsibilities
Send confirmation and receipts to your customers.
Collect and ensure payments.
Dispatch travel documents and tickets (including welcome home
letter).
Claim/receive commission on a monthly basis.
Take over any customer complaints and refunds.

Our support to you
Helping you find the right deal for the customer (typically
most new members require this).
Our sales director will help with your marketing plan, our in-house
marketing department will provide low cost design and materials
(printed and online).
The Holiday Direct I.T department can help setting up all your
systems, setting up email marketing and other online promotions
that your planning.
